Custom Logo Printing

We now print your own logo onto Visibly Fit workwear. Upload your artwork on the product page, choose where it goes, and we take care of the rest. No minimum order and no setup fee.

What it costs

  • Front logo only - £5.00 per garment. One logo on the chest.
  • Front and back - £15.00 per garment. Chest logo plus a large print across the back.

The printing charge is per garment, not per order, and is added to your basket alongside the item being printed. For orders of 15 or more garments, contact us for a bulk price before ordering.

How to order

  1. Open any product that offers printing and select Add your logo.
  2. Upload your artwork.
  3. Choose front only, or front and back.
  4. Pick your front position.
  5. Add a name or trade if you want one.
  6. Add to basket and check out as normal.

Please add each printed item to your basket in the quantity you need, so that printing is paid for on every garment. If your basket shows a warning about printing quantities, remove the item and add it again.

Artwork

  • We accept PNG, PDF, SVG, AI and EPS files, up to 20MB.
  • Vector artwork (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) gives the sharpest result. If you only have a photo or a screenshot of your logo, send it anyway and we will tell you whether it will print well.
  • Every file is checked before it goes to press. If your artwork needs redrawing or is too low in quality to print cleanly, we will email you before anything is printed.
  • We print the artwork you supply. Please check spelling, spacing and layout before you order.
  • By uploading artwork you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. We cannot print third party logos, brands, club badges or trademarks without proof of permission, and we may cancel and refund an order if we believe artwork is not yours to use.

Sizes and positions

  • Left chest - 90mm wide. The standard work option.
  • Centre chest - 150mm wide. Sits below the placket and suits wordmarks.
  • Back print - up to 250mm wide. You can reuse your front logo scaled up, or upload different artwork such as a company name or slogan.
  • Name or trade - up to 22 characters, printed below the front logo. Printed exactly as you type it.

Artwork is scaled to fit the widths above while keeping its proportions. Placement is set by hand and small variation between garments is normal.

Colour and finish

Screens vary, and so do garment colours. The printed result may differ slightly in shade from what you see on your monitor. We cannot guarantee an exact Pantone or brand colour match unless it has been agreed with us in writing beforehand. Fine detail, thin lines and small text may lose definition at these print sizes.

Looking after the print

Wash inside out at 30 degrees, do not tumble dry, and do not iron directly onto the print. Fabric conditioner and heavy scrubbing will shorten the life of a print.

Delivery

Printed orders take longer than our usual dispatch. Allow 5 to 7 working days from order to dispatch, then normal delivery time on top.

Everything in a printed order is dispatched together once printing is finished, including any items in that order that are not being printed. If you need unprinted items sooner, place them as a separate order and they will go out on our usual dispatch.

Printing lead times sit outside the Royal Mail 24 hour and 48 hour service you choose at checkout. Those service times apply from the day we dispatch, not from the day you order.

Changes, cancellations and returns

  • Tell us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a printed order. Once artwork has gone to print we cannot change or cancel it.
  • Printed and personalised garments are made to your order, so they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or we have printed them incorrectly. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty.
  • The 14 day cooling off period that applies to our standard products does not apply to personalised items.
  • Please order a sample or check our size guides before committing to a full crew order. We cannot take back printed garments in the wrong size.

Problems with an upload

If your logo does not upload correctly, your basket will tell you and checkout will be held until it is fixed. Remove the item, add it again and upload the file. If it still will not upload, email us and we will set the order up by hand.
